First 12 Mile Baptist Church is a country church made up of caring people and families who love God and love others. We welcome people of all ages and backgrounds, and our heart is that you would come as a friend and leave as family.

Our Faith

Our beliefs can be summarized in the words of Jesus:

“I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” — John 14:6

We believe the Bible is God’s Word — divinely inspired, completely true, and our guide for faith and life. There is one living and true God, revealed to us as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Salvation is a gift of grace through Jesus Christ, who died and rose again for the redemption of all who believe.

As a Southern Baptist church, we hold to the Baptist Faith and Message (2000) as a clear and detailed statement of our convictions. It explains what we believe about:

Membership

Becoming a member of First 12 Mile Baptist Church typically involves receiving Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and following Him in believer’s baptism by immersion. If you have questions, our pastor or church leaders would be glad to talk with you.
